We operate a website with general information and the possibility to contact us.
Particular attention is paid to the protection of your personal data.
Below we explain how we handle your personal data.

2. Collection and storage of personal data as well as type and purpose and their use
In accordance with the legal requirements of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Telemedia Act (TMG), we only collect personal data if this is permitted by law and if you provide us with the personal data as part of your order for goods at the opening of a customer account or any other contact voluntarily. Without your separate consent, we use the data you provide exclusively to answer your inquiries and to fulfill and process your order.
a) When visiting the website
When you visit our website, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to our website server.
This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is recorded without your intervention and stored until it is automatically deleted:

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the data collection purposes listed above. Under no circumstances do we use the collected data for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person
b) When using our newsletter
If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we will save your e-mail address in accordance with Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit a GDPR. Your data will be deleted as soon as you have unsubscribed from our mailing list, unless we are still legally obliged to store it. c) When contacting us by email
If you send us an e-mail, we will save your e-mail address and the data contained therein, which you have given us in your message, to answer your request in accordance with Article 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit a DSGVO. As soon as we no longer need this data to process your request, we will delete it immediately, unless we are still legally obliged to store it. We ensure that the data collected is protected against unauthorized access by third parties using the latest technology. Please note, however, that unencrypted e-mails sent via the Internet are not adequately protected against unauthorized access by third parties.
d) When using our contact form
If you have any questions, we also offer you the opportunity to contact us using a form provided on the website. It is necessary to provide a valid e-mail address so that we know who sent the request and can answer it. Further information can be provided voluntarily. Data processing for the purpose of contacting us takes place in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter a GDPR on the basis of your voluntarily given consent. The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted after the request you have made has been dealt with.
3. Disclosure of data to third parties
Your personal data will not be transmitted to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. We only pass on your personal data to third parties if:

this is legally permissible and required for the processing of contractual relationships with you in accordance with Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR. 4.Cookies
We use cookies on our site. These are small files that your browser creates automatically and that are stored on your end device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our site. Cookies do not damage your end device and do not contain viruses, Trojans or other malware. Information is stored in the cookie that arises in connection with the specific end device used. However, this does not mean that we are immediately informed of your identity. On the one hand, the use of cookies serves to make the use of our offer more pleasant for you. We use so-called session cookies to recognize that you have already visited individual pages on our website. These are automatically deleted after leaving our site. In addition, we also use temporary cookies to optimize user-friendliness, which are stored on your end device for a specific period of time. The data processed by cookies are required for the stated purposes to protect our legitimate interests and those of third parties in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. Most browsers accept cookies automatically. However, you can configure your browser in such a way that no cookies are stored on your computer or that a message always appears before a new cookie is created. However, the complete deactivation of cookies may mean that you cannot use all the functions of our website. 5. Analysis tools The tracking measures listed below and used by us are carried out on the basis of Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. With the tracking measures used, we want to ensure a needs-based design and the continuous optimization of our website. On the other hand, we use the tracking measures to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing our offer for you. These interests are to be regarded as legitimate within the meaning of the aforementioned provision. 5. Analysis tools
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to analyze the use of our website. The data obtained from this is used in order to be able to optimize our website and advertising measures.
Google Analytics is a web analytics service operated and provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States). Google processes the website usage data on our behalf and contractually undertakes to take measures to ensure the confidentiality of the processed data.
During your visit to the website, the following data, among others, is recorded:

This data is transmitted to a Google server in the USA. Google observes the data protection provisions of the "EU-US Privacy Shield" agreement.
Google Analytics stores cookies in your web browser for a period of two years since your last visit. These cookies contain a randomly generated user ID with which you can be recognized on future website visits.
If you do not agree to the collection, you can prevent it by installing the browser add-on to deactivate Google Analytics once.
6. Social Media Plugins
We use social plugins from the social network Facebook on our website on the basis of Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 lit. f GDPR in order to make our company better known. The underlying advertising purpose is to be regarded as a legitimate interest within the meaning of the GDPR. Responsibility for data protection-compliant operation is to be guaranteed by their respective providers. We integrate these plug-ins using the so-called two-click method in order to provide the best possible protection for visitors to our website. Facebook Social media plugins from Facebook are used on our website to make their use more personal. For this we use the "LIKE" or "SHARE" button. This is an offer from Facebook. If you access a page on our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly from Facebook to your browser, which integrates it into the website. By integrating the plugin, Facebook receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a Facebook account or are not currently logged in to Facebook. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted directly from your browser to a Facebook server in the USA and stored there. If you are logged into Facebook, Facebook can directly assign your visit to our website to your Facebook account. If you interact with the plugins, for example by pressing the "LIKE" or "SHARE" button, the corresponding information is also transmitted directly to a Facebook server and stored there. The information is also published on Facebook and displayed to your Facebook friends. Facebook can use this information for advertising, market research and needs-based design of the Facebook pages. For this purpose, usage, interest and relationship profiles are created by Facebook, e.g. B. to evaluate your use of our website with regard to the advertisements displayed to you on Facebook, to inform other Facebook users about your activities on our website and to provide other services related to the use of Facebook. If you do not want Facebook to assign the data collected via our website to your Facebook account, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website. 7.Google Maps
This website uses Google Maps API to visually display geographic information. When using Google Maps, Google also collects, processes and uses data about the use of the map functions by visitors. 8. Embedded YouTube Videos
We embed YouTube videos on some of our websites. The operator of the corresponding plugins is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit a page with the YouTube plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. This tells YouTube which pages you are visiting. If you are logged into your YouTube account, YouTube can assign your surfing behavior to you personally. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account beforehand. If a YouTube video is started, the provider uses cookies that collect information about user behavior. Anyone who has deactivated the storage of cookies for the Google Ad program will not have to reckon with such cookies when watching YouTube videos. However, YouTube also stores non-personal usage information in other cookies. If you want to prevent this, you must block the storage of cookies in the browser. 9. Data subject rights
You have the right:

to request information about your personal data processed by us in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR. In particular, you can obtain information about the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data was or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to correction, deletion, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a Right to complain, request the origin of your data if it was not collected from us, as well as the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, if necessary, meaningful information about its details; • In accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, to immediately request the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us;

According to Art. 17 GDPR, to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims is required;

10. Right to Object
You can revoke the storage of personal data at any time with effect for the future. This can be done by sending an email to info@gs-wzm.de . If your data has been stored for the purpose of executing a contract, we will delete it immediately after the execution of the contract has been completed.

11. Data Security
When you visit our website, we use the widespread SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method in connection with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. This is usually a 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is being transmitted in encrypted form by the closed representation of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser. We also use appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or against unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
