Building plot with pool and sea views

This project is a developed building plot located on the mountain in a quiet location in the western part of the historic town of Krk on the island of Krk.

The building plot was filled up and the 40 sqm pool was also built during this process. Standing on the property you have a fantastic view of the old town and the sea.

The sea shore can be reached in approx. 750 m and the city center with its restaurants, shops, bars, cafés and other facilities can be easily reached on foot in 800 m.
